Hobbies: I am a habitual runner, and often use my time on the road to shed stress and regroup.I try to incorporate yoga, meditation and prayer into my weekly schedule as personal awareness and spiritual engagement is very important to me.
I can’t wait to continue learning from this amazing program, not only growing as a dancer but also as a person.
I love the outdoors and often spend the summer months hiking, swimming and biking.
I have a huge soft spot for musical theater/ballet and try to attend local performances whenever I can.
From visiting rehabilitation centers and hospitals, teaching dance clinics at the local schools, job shadowing at the bases and performing multiple shows with my esteemed teammates; it’s a jam-packed experience that has given me the grateful opportunity to give back to our armed forces that make so many sacrifices for our country.
How I Stay Fit: I run a three mile loop every day, and do a series of sprints in my weekly workouts.
